We have a 30-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [info@athleticism.com](mailto:info@athleticism.com). If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Orders  

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We also do not refund original international shipping charges for items refused at customs, returned, or refunded. Please order carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)  

- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)  

- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)  

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges  

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is approved.

Refunds  

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
