How many should I take?

Start by taking one capsule three times daily for two days. You can then optionally take three AquaRx three times a day for two weeks. After this phase, if you are in good health, you can reduce your daily dosage to 1-3 per day.

How long does one container of 90 capsules last?

Suppose you go through the detox process (as above), which will last around 20 days. We do recommend this to get the full benefits, although this is optional. After this, each container will last one to three months, depending on your dosage of 1 - 3 per day.

How long does one dose last in the body?

Hydrogen is in and out of the body in approximately 4 to 6 hours. It's water-soluble and penetrates very quickly. The anti-oxidant effect can last for several days.

With or without food?

There are longer release times with the molecular hydrogen taken with food and shorter and quicker release on an empty stomach. Different release times, but one is not better than the other. People with severe inflammation or health issues may take more AquaRX® on an empty stomach for quicker results.
